Robusta coffee from the mountains of Central Java tends to possess a strong and bold flavor, complemented by subtle hints of bitterness. Our Robusta beans are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 500 to 900 meters above sea level, in volcanic soil that provides the ideal nutrients for optimal coffee growth.

Arabika

Our Arabica coffee, sourced from the volcanic mountains in the heart of Java, bears distinct characteristics shaped by environmental factors and cultivation methods. Grown at elevations ranging from 800 to 1,800 meters above sea level, the cool climate and optimal humidity of these volcanic regions contribute to a more complex flavor profile. The coffee plants thrive alongside a variety of other flora, creating a rich ecosystem that enhances both the aroma of our beans and the resulting taste.

The harvesting of our Arabica coffee is conducted manually, with farmers meticulously selecting only the ripest cherries. This careful process is essential to ensure that only the highest quality beans are collected. Once selected, these beans undergo a processing phase, including washing and fermentation, which prioritizes quality.
